Seeing yourself as you could be, is more advanced than seeing yourself as you have been, but, five times more enlightening than never having seen yourself before. You can find discarded directions left from previous tours scattered in the winds of splintered rules and formalities that whirl themselves into a frenzy. This may not matter to those of you that have come to the realisation long ago that concepts and designs are simple; it's making them work that divides personal dilemmas from an unsuspecting idealist.
Schools teach you how to contradict, while never finding the workable solution. It is there where the theorist herds thunder their disapproval on the plains of abstract reasons while seldom practising philosophies that cave into one another in order to bring a dusty haze to clarity. Be a parrot student no more as you see through your own shadows of defiance for the reason you hinge your survival on. Watch them sway back and forth like a door on a sinking ship. Learn to swim, for the sharks have been invited.
Now that you are in the water, move quickly away from the schools of banquets if you want to think for yourself. Believe that a meshing is occurring for the simple passion that can't be felt in uniformed passivity. Tell yourself that you are an individual now who does not find it difficult to move in solo patterns. Leave the dying designs alone as you feel the point of your own conclusion draw that first strong stroke on the canvas of singularity. Let your flight embrace your dignity now that it has been taken back by those who first confiscated it.
Meld together the you and yourself in an alliance that will be known as I. Speak of this new enlightenment with words that shower you with a self-definition that is not borrowed or stolen from anyone else. Take the mature step in the only true solidarity that there is. One of the person, for the person and for the life of that person. Be kind to yourself, exclude anger from your life, encourage yourself while never hindering your advancement. For in this mind, be it yours or be it mine, there are many obstacles to encounter and none that need be avoided.
